How We Build It

Every project starts with a conversation, not a template. We talk through what you need the video to do, who it's for, and what the brand should feel like on screen before a single frame gets made.

From there we move to storyboarding. We work out every shot in Flux, using workshops (custom pipelines) we've built in-house, so the visual style is locked in before we generate a single second of video.

Once the storyboard is approved, we start animating scene by scene. Different shots call for different tools: some scenes run through Wan, others through different local, open-source models, depending on what each shot actually needs, whether that's motion, camera movement, character consistency, or style. All of it runs on local models and cloud GPU power we control end to end, not a black-box API you're renting by the second.

The prompts behind every scene are written using custom-trained Claude Code skills, tuned specifically for this pipeline, so the output stays consistent and precise instead of relying on guesswork.

Voiceover is handled either way, depending on the project: AI-generated voice when speed and flexibility matter most, or a live voice actor when a project calls for a real human performance. We'll recommend whichever fits your brief.

Once every scene is generated, we bring it all together ourselves in Adobe Premiere Pro and DaVinci Resolve, for editing, color grading, sound design, and the final polish that makes it look like one finished video, not a stitched-together AI demo.
